Weaving

Hextex can handle 100% wool fabrics, polyester wool blends, other wool blends, polyviscose blends, cellular blankets, upholstery.

Weaving consists of worsted and soft home furnishing weaving. Worsted weaving is done on Rapier, Air Jet and Projectile looms. Hextex’s plant is fitted with leading industry brands including Dornier, Sultzer and Toyota. Soft Home Furnishing is woven on rapier and projectile looms with the focus on bedding fabric of medium to heavy weights.

We also provide integrated dyeing and finishing services. Dyeing consists of top, yarn and fabric dyeing. Fabric dyeing is rapid dyeing or atmospheric dyeing. Finishing is equipped for mainly Worsted products but not limited. In the finishing range is included full scour range, stentering, cropping and decatizing.
